i just got back from work and i'm tired. i am definitely quitting this movie theater job after my birthday (i have to get my cake and bookstore gift certificate, as it's the only thing that's keeping me going there -- what can i say. i like presents.)
today c and i just hung out in bed all day before i had to start my shift. it was pretty nice and well needed as we are both feeling pretty shitty. and i also invented a yummy salad for lunch. it's so good i'm going to share it with all of you. 1/2 cabbage shredded. 1/2 romaine lettuce shredded. 1 granny smith apple cubed. 1 carrot shredded. 1/2 red pepper chopped. a bit of red onion chopped fine. a handful of raisins and some sunflower seeds. feta cheese crumbled. mix up everything. for the dressing, just mix up a glob of dijon mustard, some olive oil, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar. shake it up in a jar until creamy. pour over salad and mix it up good. delicious!!!!
it's like i'm martha fucking stewart or something.
