well, after sweating it out and wondering if we'd ever find a cheap ticket to europe, we finally did. we're not flying into london like i thought we might. instead, we're flying into frankfurt and we paid only $400 for a round trip ticket. not to bad, i thinks. we've also found someone willing to host us for our first night on european soil, thanks to the wonders of couchsurfing.com! it would be great that if we could use couchsurfing for at least a third of our trip to save us big bucks on hotels. plus, we'd get to talk to the locals and hey, isn't that what it's all about. needless to say, i'm pretty damn excited.
