We've packed up all our books and records and all the boxes are pushing us out of the livingroom.
There is still so much to do and so many more boxes to find. I can't believe we'll be gone in just over a week. Even though there is a lot of bad to our place, there's also so much goodness. I love the kitchen cupboards, the gas stove, the long hallway, our happy livingroom painted blue. I'm thinking of keeping our new place all white. Maybe. The unfortunate thing is that there is carpet throughout which isn't ideal. Ideal, of course, would be hardwood floors and nice big mouldings, but I guess I'll have to make do. A 1970's building made of concrete. Pluses and minuses.
