yesterday i solved a problem at work! a problem!! i'm comfortable in my role as designer, but was less so in my role as problem solver, but i did it and me and c celebrated at home with beers and a good dinner. after watching the required OC, we headed for a walk into the less-travelled, but oh-so-lovely parts of strathcona. we took the crazy green foot bridge over the train tracks and looked at all the beautiful houses nestled in with the industrial buildings. we dreamed about owning something, but the prospects seem less and less likely. although, i've finally got a decent salary and c is working full time with good pay, he has huge debts and his first priority is getting them paid. i can still dream, can't i?
