dear seattle,
what is your obsession with teriyaki? I know teriyaki is a delicious sauce and flavouring, but should there be dozens upon dozens of restaurants named after it? what does a "teriyaki hut" or "terry's teriyaki shack" serve? noodles, stir-fry's, a burger with a pineapple ring on top? enquiring minds want to know.
