the eastside cultural crawl is one of many great reasons i love my neighbourhood. this morning c and i woke up bright and early and hit the ukranian fall bazzar (also in our neighbourhood) where we bought 2 kinds of pickles. we then started our snoop into all the artist studios that literally litter our 'hood. i doubt that we even saw half of them today so we'll be heading back tommorrow. i bought the cutest silkscreened tshirt and c bought some cards. our stomachs dictated that we should head back to the ukranian hall for some perogies, cabbage rolls and sausage. delish! we even saw snow today! after all our walking, we came home and took a lovely coconut-smelling long bath together and then hopped into bed for some more good times. whooo! in a couple of hours we'll meet up with friends for beer and sushi at the clubhouse. oh yes, it's good times!!
